Kentucky National Insurance Implements GhostDraft to Simplify Custom Policies

By Insurance CIO Outlook | Friday, November 30, 2018

TORONTO, CA: GhostDraft, a provider of cloud-based document automation and customer communications management has announced that Kentucky National Insurance, a provider of insurance to homeowners, auto, condo, boat and rental property has implemented GhostDraft software to simplify the creation of custom policy forms and related documents.

Kentucky National chose GhostDraft for customer communications management so as to overcome the limitations of a legacy policy administration system which constrained its ability to bring new products to market quickly.

“In a competitive market such as ours, it’s critical that we have the ability to launch new products and respond to our customers’ needs quickly. GhostDraft was attractive to us because it puts the business user, not our technical staff, in control of the document. This gives us the ability to jump on new market opportunities before the window closes,” said Rodney Shockley, President and CEO, Kentucky National.

GhostDraft is fully integrated with Stingray and offers speed, flexibility, and ease-of-use required for Kentucky National to create new insurance application forms and declaration pages specifically for this unique coverage.

“We are pleased that Kentucky National has chosen GhostDraft to maximize the benefits of their investment in Stingray. We’re committed to making the creation of insurance documents a business user-driven process that puts the carrier in control and boosts their ability to bring new products to market quickly. We’re pleased to count Kentucky National among our growing circle of customers who have selected GhostDraft for their document automation,” said Kurt Jackson, Executive Vice President, GhostDraft.
