Positive aspects for collection firms
Cyberattacks commonly target collection law companies. Finexus can assist the customers of the Provanas law firm by maximizing quote alternatives and avoiding declinations and restrictions from cyber carriers. This is particularly pertinent as the FTC Safeguard Act is expected to go into force for law firms on December 9, 2022.
Positive aspects for debt buyers and collection agencies
Debt purchasers and collection agencies that are clients of IPACS can now collaborate with Finexus to ensure that their businesses and vendors have the appropriate coverage to protect sensitive customer data.
